Lucky Cola Terms and Conditions

Section 1

Eligibility and Account Registration

Lucky cola is available exclusively to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and play. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are not prohibited from participating in online entertainment activities under any applicable Philippine law or regulation. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification at any time to verify your age and identity, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed without notice.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on lucky cola. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances held within them. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in error, please contact our support team immediately so the matter can be resolved fairly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Lucky cola will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel, and you should never share your password with anyone. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, and we strongly recommend enabling any available security features to protect your account from unauthorised access.

Section 2

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All transactions on lucky cola are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). We support deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, and major local bank transfers. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed clearly within your account dashboard at the time of each transaction. Lucky cola does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are processed as quickly as possible, typically within the timeframes stated on our Withdrawal page. We reserve the right to conduct identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts. Providing false or misleading information during verification will result in the immediate suspension of your account and the withholding of anypending funds pending investigation.

Lucky cola strictly prohibits the use of the platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. Any account suspected of engaging in such activity will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities and permanently closed. All deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted under any circumstances.

Promotions, Bonuses, and VIP Rewards

All promotions and bonuses offered on lucky cola are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant Promotion page at the time the offer is made. Wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates vary by promotion and must be read carefully before you opt in. Lucky cola reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where abuse or exploitation of the offer is detected.

The lucky cola VIP programme rewards players based on their activity on the platform. Tier status and associated benefits are reviewed periodically, and lucky cola reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, or the programme structure at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms. Any attempt to manipulate tier progression through artificial or coordinated play will result in disqualification from the programme and possible account closure.

Bonuses and promotional credits are awarded in good faith and are intended for genuine entertainment use only. Lucky cola reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or promotional credit that was awarded in error, obtained through misrepresentation, or used in a manner inconsistent with the stated terms. Acceptable Use and Player Conduct

Any behaviour that disrupts the experience of other players, exploits technical vulnerabilities, uses automated tools or bots, or attempts to manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited. Lucky cola employs monitoring systems to detect irregular play patterns, and accounts found to be in violation of these standards will be suspended pending review.

You agree not to use lucky cola for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law, including but not limited to fraud, identity theft, or the circumvention of anti-money laundering regulations. You also agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the lucky cola platform, its software, or its content without express written permission. Intellectual property rights in all platform content remain with lucky cola and its licensors.

Lucky cola reserves the right to close any account, withhold balances pending investigation, and take legal action where necessary in response to serious violations of these terms. We are committed to maintaining a fair and enjoyable environment for all Filipino players, and enforcement of these rules is essential to that commitment.

Section 5

Limitation of Liability and Changes to These Terms

Lucky cola provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability, and lucky cola shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance wherever possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lucky cola's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. Lucky cola is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind, including loss of anticipated winnings or profits.

Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
